How do you progress your 5×5 in terms of periodization? Just do linear progression with the same rep set scheme? Or you increase the sets or reps over the mesocycle?

Omar why do you do paused reps on bench and not touch n go? Since you dont compete and usually touchngo is stronger

hey omar, how are you able to do triceps exercises after benching 300, I find my elbows bother me a lot I can either heavy bench or do heavy ish triceps. when I ran an upper lower split with accessories on Saturday which allowed for much heavier triceps and lots of recovery 147 lb press downs for easy 3×8-12 but if I try doing this after benching my elbows are like FUCK YOU!!! . so should I just go back to upper/lower rest upper/lower accessories? or just lower weights on my L/P/P/L/P/P rest which I'm currently doing.
