I will still try different people's kettlebell workouts but I keep coming back to Amy. The moves are difficult so it pushes me but they aren't so hard I can't do them. Perfect balance for me. Thank you!

I thought this would be a little torturous to get through, but it went surprisingly fast! It was definitely tiring and hard work, but very enjoyable to do.
Thank you so much for all the great workouts! I found your channel about a month ago and already see big results. Core and arms have always been my weak point on the body, but thanks to working out with you and my kettlebell, the movements are getting easier to do! 😃

By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it bestgym.equipment around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.
