My test is pretty low um just below 10 an im only 27 I have played around with test cycles i used test e 400mg taken a ml an a half shot every five days I came off at 8 weeks took 2 weeks brake my blood levels were getting a bit dangerous red blood cell count was off the chart I used Dianabol an then I we t on a pct cycle only for about 2 months an tbh with u im still not a very big guy an I train hard I can train harder bit my point being steroids will not work for everyone one it only realy enhances the hormones your body is all ready producing remember also that testosterone in some % gets turned into egrogien i used clomid to block this from happening in an to let my natural test kick start back up needles to say but I don't think my swimmers are gonna be maken any off springs over all I regret the money iv spent steroids are not cheap an for good gear your gonna be through the roof my excuse for mucking around with steroids is im all ready 27 im not gonna grow or develop mutch more an im naturally slim fast metabolism but I regret the dangers I put my self in so.e of my blood work was not good at all

Please don’t do a finger prick to get your T levels checked. They are not very accurate. I have seen many cases please go to a HRT clinic or do a Telehealth with one and get a full panel of blood work.

A mixture of solid facts, dubious claims and speculation. One glaring omission . . . FREE testosterone. This is a far more accurate measurement of testosterone which impacts male health and muscle building. This video is a prime example of information bias. And as for the "chicken and egg" comment, I'm lost for words mate.

Gear works testosterone lowers as we pass age 30
Sorry man but you’re wrong about low T to high T within the normal range does indeed have the ability to increase muscle building. I’ve lifted for 4 years with a very difficult time building. Got tested found I was on the edge of LOW normal. Now around 900 for the last 2 years and I’ve gained A LOT of muscle with the same training. Weight has gone up without fat. I was always fairly lean (11% body fat area). Person to person it is different.

If you do any type of steroids test etc. always get your blood works done. I know some people don’t. Even if in U.K. you have to go private and pay for it.

Sorry, but your test level of 31 is low. The low end of the spectrum is 35. Low test does not always mean you can't get it up, either, as some people's bodies just don't produce enough in general, yet they still have no trouble in bed at all. I'm twice your size, also chiseled (225 lbs with only 8.5% body fat) wake up every morning with a hard on and frustrated like anyone else, yet my body produces low testosterone. Instead of relying on that "company" you pay an arm and a leg for it's far easier seeing your primary care doctor and getting it done through insurance which is what it's for. Testosterone does in fact have a big role in building lean muscle and helps rid fat cells, it's been proven. Even though my numbers are low, my arms are 19" around, but takes triple the work because of low numbers which is not healthy because overworking muscles in workouts leads to muscle degrading and injuries, even when eating right foods, that's why I'm on testosterone injections. Going to be straight with you, you have no idea what you are talking about and don't want you giving these people false information that will end up confusing the hell out of them. My facts are backed up by science, doctors, and the information is easy to find on the internet for anyone interested in learning the facts. Also, the numbers are scaled as followed:
Testosterone:
250 – 1100 ng-dl
Testosterone Free:
35 – 155 pg-ml
Ask any doctor, these are the number ranges for each testosterone test.
I dont think i agree with those tests about low or high testosterone levels dont have a significant impact on muscle building. I realize this video is about 3 years old but hopefully since you are already taking test, you should have gotten your levels up to the 7 or 8oo level and see if those "tests" ARE REALLY TRULY ACCURATE.
