9:10 Get in real wold man stressing making youtube videos. Youtubers are so quick to jump on people saying they have no time!!! 70% of people work in jobs they dislike and often have 2 jobs just to live and pay bills and are dead at the end of the day! You get clothes, food, supps all free granted you worked your ass to make you channel grow and i have nothing but respect for that but don't paint everyone with the same brush. Life is difficult, stressful, time consuming FACT no matter what anyone says! Balance is key.

Hi rob I noticed you flavoured your water I don't know if you take creatine I do most of the time but you have to drink alot of water to keep you hydrated, but I have read alot you should just drink plain water nothing else meaning you should not flavour it even slightly is this correct or will a little flavour do no harm the reason I ask is water all the time can get a little bit boring thanks.
