Loving these workouts but video 11 and 18 stop halfway through and just buffer and won't play ..no matter how many times I 're play they stop in the same place
Loving the 28 days but would love a change up from the 4 sets.. Find the 4 a bit monotonous.. 3 sections of 3 sets would be nicer to do imo
is it possible to do without the weights?? don’t have them here
