Barstarzz member Vertical is demonstrating a “Heavy Lifting” routine. This routine’s principles are: Perform a high intensity muscle building exercise, and everything is done with low repetitions. 3 Sets of each exercise, and perform each exercise in 3 to 5 repetitions. Just an idea, if your microphone is only picking up Left channel audio, then duplicate the audio track, Set one of the pans to be 100% left and the second one to be 100% right, now you have both channels covered
