24 lbs of muscle in a year? If that's true, then I should tell all those PT's to fuck off for telling me that a natural BB could only gain maybe 10 lbs of muscle in a year, and that's if they are on top of their game.

Whey protein is not the same as food. With food you get protein and all other micro and macro nutrients and the interaction between them, that you would miss with just whey.

Rob this was a very good talk , you really talked about great points especially sleep that is the number one problem with kids just starting off .. keep up the good work and keep showing the youth that you don't need steroids to have a good body and keep a good attitude about gains

I started using whey protein and I was recently told by a guy " You are making your gains just because of your protein shake…You wouldn't have been able to do it without that…"

I used to morbidly obese but I loss a good amount of weight and Im really focused on muscle-building and aesthetics, but I'm scared that if I start to go on a caloric surplus I might become fat again. Any advice guys??

Note: I'm currently 16 years old and weigh 68kg as of today, but I used to weigh 95kg when I was 15

Not agreeing with # 11. If you a teen and you train heavy (squat, leg presses deadlift, military presses ) , there a high chance your growth will be affected. I see a lot teens height are impeded cause of these mentioned exercises. Not saying it will but there a high chances.
