Yes! Loved this! The variety and the compound moves were great! I used my 10lbs for most of them too but had my 8's handy for when the burn was just too much(but so great!) Thanks again for another awesome workout and enjoy your weekend off! You deserve it! 🙌🏻
Side note – Oh my goodness, I sure hope you are safe out there! the images I'm seeing are heartbreaking. I'm in Buffalo, NY and the past few days have been hazy from the wildfire smoke blowing over the east, it's wild! I can't even image what you must be going through. I was able to join this workout live on Saturday and just did it again now. It's great to do it a second time as I feel like my muscles remember the compound moves a little easier so I can work that much better. You are a great instructor, Amy. Thank you!

I'm LOVING these longer workouts! I was only able to do 20 minute workouts but I've been consistently doing your workouts every day and I've never felt STRONGER! I used my 12.5 lb. weights for this workout. And I thought I wouldn't be losing fat because I have been having more sugar and gluten the last couple weeks but I'm still more TONED than ever! Thank you Amy! I love your positive, encouraging attitude!! Consistency is definitely working!!
