In this workout we will be using one kettlebell to train your entire body for strength and cardio using the traditional Tabata format of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, in 4 minute rounds. I love your workouts, thanks! My 2 year old nephew always wanted to join in (by being the kettlebell or wanting a kettlebell!) so we made a paper mache kettlebell for him…unfortunately it was squished at first use lol and he had to be content with just being the bell!
I was wondering what should I work out today, which video to chose, when delivery guy was knocking on my door, bringing me bdy present from my dear friend, 8 kg kettlebell! So I was thrilled and immediatley I started this one! It was challenging but feeling is awesome! Thank you both!
