Day 16 workout challenge 2021 done. Lucy, i cant thank you enough. I used to find it so difficult to walk even a mile with you. But through these 2 weeks 2021 challenge, i find it too easy now. I still have energy to do one more. But i am nt rushing myself n stressing me out. Although my weight keeps fluctuating, i can see the results in mirror. I am on journey of fitness this year and sort out my health issues. Lucy it would be soo soo helpful, if you can upload videos on tackling weight issues for hormone imbalanced women..
Girls, if u feel demotivated when hoping onto weighing scale, plz remember that we r nt labelling our weight on forehead before others, but its our appearance. If u cn see visible results, go on.
I love your workouts. You are such a positive soul and you also make the workouts very easy and interesting.
Another great workout! As a 67 year old grandma of 7 I want to stay as physically fit as I can, and Lucy's videos are SO much fun! I was doing the 7 min arms video a lot but just discovered these fun walking videos, very helpful in the 10 degree snowy winter.

During Covid, I’ve been watching my grandsons. I had already exercised at home this morning, but my 5 year old grandson wanted to go for a walk after ZOOM school was completed. It had started raining, so we did this walk. At one point, my grandson was lying on the floor, resting, and he said “You’re really doing great, considering your age.” 🤣 He’s a type 1 diabetic and his blood sugars had been high all day. This helped to bring his numbers down.

I’ve been doing her workouts for a month now I went from 223 to 205, and my waist has definitely gotten slimmer. Everything she says about diet, and having the mindset that you will lose weight is very important aswell!! I can’t wait to see where I’m at months from now. ❤️

Love that workout! Time really flew by! By the time I thought, "We're probably halfway through", we already reached the last walking bit.
For 2 months, I have been doing workouts almost every single day and I am feeling better than ever. Now I only need some healthy cooking/eating motivation… 😉

Today I happened on one that shows a lovely walk through the countryside, and then beside a lake that looks like a place we have camped. That was a real treat and wonder if you have more with scenic walks. Three of our family are doing your workouts in different parts of the country — rhen checking in with each other.
