This upper body strength workout is designed to create toned, lean arms and a strong upper body. We will be running through 3 strength circuits that each include 4 upper body exercises targeting the arms, shoulders, chest and back. Aaaaand we will be getting through 2 sets of each circuit. I really like this strength workout. I didn’t burn as many calories but I sure felt it and will feel it even more tomorrow. Burned 111 calories
It felt great to be able to swing that 25lbs on the front swing, it was a powerful feeling after all the PT. Now I am done and there's no limit.

My shoulders and back are on fire!
My back and shoulders are dead. For me, the plank challenge was a bit of a shake-athon 😂. Thanks Heather – June workouts have absolutely killed me! I swear I'm getting more toned by the week, it's brilliant. Love love love it!

Fantastic workout! Depending on goals, you can do this with heavy (25-50 lbs), medium (10-20lbs), or light (2-5lbs). I used 10lbs, 15lbs, 25lbs, & 35lbs today. Thank you Heather!
