This was the first time for this workout I was actually able to (somewhat) keep up AND complete all 4 rounds! Thanks to the #croptopcrunchtime I was finally able to power through those spider crunches on my toes instead of my knees! I LOVE being able to see changes in my strength after working so hard with the LSF family! #WERK

You are so amazing and talented and if youve messed up, you best believe that I have to and trust me it's hard to forgive yourself but it's possible, I don't care what age, gender, race, religion, way of life, sexuality is, if someone hasn't been brought the happiness and pure joy to meet you and tell you that they love you, let me be the first, I LOVE YOU. And I've got enough love in me for the whole world.
