Day 1 for me
Week 4 day 2 of my online challenge this was hard work but as they say no pain no gain 💪
That was much tougher than I thought it was going to be! But I'll try anything! The girls have dropped significantly after 2 children and years of weight fluctuations!

This is tougher than it looks ,my arms are dead after this , im also doing 2 of your booty & leg workouts & dance workout each day for 7 days , so 4 workouts a day to tone up my woobly bits 😂 ,i love your short 7-10 min workouts , thank you lucy will definitely continue with this bust workout each day to keep toned 👍💪

Hi I really like your videos I've already lost 20 lbs so thanks you so much. But I'm very upset as I sprained my ankle a few day ago. So now idk what to do. I figure I can at least focus on your upper body videos right? Also I'm have large breasts lol size ddd's so do you think this video will work for me?
Starting this this week. Did her 7 min thigh and 7 min waist one as well. Lost 2" iny waist and 1" in each thigh. The thigh one also made me lose another 1" in my waist

I wasn't as regular as i would have had liked to be. I have not been too selective about my meals either. I walked 30 mins on most of these 20 days.
Excited and will keep going more vigorously now.
