I have cerebral palsy that effects my whole right side. I started weight training in January and it’s been a year now and I’ve gained so much strength in my weak side and a lot of muscle definition! I’ll never stop or look back now! My cerebral palsy is much less painful and I’m so much stronger!

I love these two coach , the main coach Ed talking to us during workout, he inspired me. Always remind us to find our WHY , n those inspiring wording really good. When I see it every time, it deeps out in my mind n keep me motivated. I feel proud of myself everytime when I finished the workout. I like Claudia too. She teasing him sweating a lot, seems like cone out from the pool. HaHa! I feel my wrist stronger after training . Thank you so much .

Just finished this workout and feeling sore and tired in a nice way 😊. I have been struggling with diabetes for 18 years but always hated going to the gym. Too intimidating and afraid of injuries. Your workout videos have been a blessing! 🙏🏽 In the last 2 months since I discovered them I have started actually increasing muscle weight and reversing my diabetes!! Hello, the only thing I don’t like about, you have Commercials in between your workouts. Trainers should never, never have
2-3 minutes Commercials break.
