That hit all the right spots in my legs. I thought I’ll do this workout as it’s low impact, there will be no sweating. There was sweating! Great flexibility, toning and strengthening workout! Thank you Lucy! 🏃🏻‍♀️💦😀👍💖

Wow I haven’t worked my legs like that before. I’m following your summer program and every time I’m in the middle of your workouts I’m wondering whether your trying to actually kill me, and when I complete it I then feel amazing, until the next day haha x

Day 1 did metabolism + pear-shaped + 500 skips + 100 squart + these workout
Day 2 did metabolism + pear shaped + 500 skips + 100 sqaurt + these workout
Because of huffing and the breathlessness during workout I m not able to hold my tummy tigh nor mt glutes can feel if I don't do that these workout won't work can one give me some suggestions
