Answer to your question: I'm fine with 10 minutes. Could go with 12-15 minutes too. Half hour is a bit too much if you'd made them daily.

About the vacuum challenge, I've done it since the 3rd day you posted it / told about it and am still doing it, but a bit rarely lately since I didn't had a lot of time. Do I have to make a new picture now of before and another one after 5 weeks or so? Or are the ones that I'm constantly making, good enough?

How long do you typically spend in the gym? I've heard people ranging from 45 minutes to 2 hours, what have you found is the optimum time for yourself?

Doreco December 13, 2016 - 3:10 pm

15 – 20 min would be great but 10 is fine still

usually when you train you do two exercises for each body part trained. What was the other exercise you did besides bench for chest or when you do compound work do you do only 1 exercise?

Absolutely love the fact that you go through everything with so much detail and highlight what you should and shouldn't be doing with your body posture and movement, Pretty much followed your advise since I started the gym a year ago and seen huge changes. Massive inspiration when it comes to mindset and lifestyle, Baring in mind I need it being from the North East! Idol in the making you are, Pleasure watching your content Lex.

A while back, a guy showed me at the gym to put two of the ropes on the cable when doing to rope extensions. It helps to get a greater contraction in the triceps instead of having to move your arms around your hips. It really helped me and it's just something to try
