I am more like a sweaty ugly duck instead of a graceful swan. But I love this workout,who knew you could get such a incredible demanding workout with out push ups and burpees. Thank you

Just did the cardio ballet for the first time……loved it! Felt so good afterward. I had lots of energy, even more than I have with the other cardio workouts. We need more cardio ballet workouts! 🙂
Completed Day 9 of the February Fusion Challenge! Barre is one of the hardest workouts for me! I did pretty well on this one though! Did not complete the second video for the day as I ran out of time! But glad I got this one in at least!
At 16 minutes it basically becomes possible for me to follow along. I don't have the strength to do the pulses. ;_; Determined to work at it though! Any suggestions on modifications I could make?

I have danced since I was 2 ( I’m now 12 ) but I have never felt so passion about it as I have in the past year, so all I want to do is improve and get better. This was an amazing workout to help me to improve and I have now been doing it for a week. I think that this is now part of my morning routine lol 😂

I enjoyed the laughs, the encouragement, the cuing and building of moves, and options given. This time I recognized that swan arms stress my shoulders and wrists, so I just made up arm moves that I could do safely instead.

This is a fantastic workout! I found it really challenging but not abusive like I find many aerobic videos. Such a good workout and it requires that you pay attention to your body!!!!
