I listened to this on the way to the grocery this morning and started crying in my car. I really needed to hear this. I've lost over 40 pounds and still have about that much to lose. I've been stalled for several months (i'm talking like half a year!) and was getting discouraged. But your statements about motivation and persistence really spoke volumes to me. Watching this made me feel like you were reading the conversation in my head. I’m 51 with Psoriatic Arthritis. I have bad knees, bad shoulders, (& even a numb spot on my big toe-lol). I’ve been trying so hard (working out daily for a minimum of 30 min) & Ive lost 20 lbs since Sept ‘17. The scale moves SO slowly but I’ve lost inches. Trying to keep focused on the minutes of life I’ve gained, the improvement in my endurance, & most importantly living past the age of the three generations before me (age 50). Thank you Coach K & Claudia for making HASFIT accessible & your daily motivation in your videos. You are an answer to prayer for me. 🙏🏼💪🏼🙌🏼

Just what I needed to hear. This month, I’ve made every excuse not to hit the play button on my workouts! I needed this swift kick!
What you said is so true. I have multiple issues that could stop me, but the biggest is the instant results. After starting your standing workouts due to a bad back and shoulder issues. I told my self I would do what I could through out the work out even if it was just marching. I would keep moving no matter what. I know my limitations, so I set my goals low and added weight when I felt I could. I would do your workouts M-F and I would measure in a month to see how it went. Well after 2 weeks I weighed more than when I started. I about gave up, but I decided to measure my waist to see. I had already lost 1inch in my waist, so I told myself to suck it up and get to work. Each week I feel myself being able to handle more. I just wanted to thank you both for what you do.😊

Really needed this right now. I have been doing your workouts since August, I’ve lost 70 pounds but I have been at a plateau since January. My weight won’t budge no matter what I do. 🙁 but I don’t plan on giving up and you guys are part of the reason why. I love your videos, you two are very inspiring!
I've tried many workout videos, workouts and various gyms. This is by far the best. I'll be 67 this year and still going ,never quit!!!

Btw should i work out everyday or do 1 day break one day workout? becaus i'm starting to feel a bit of pain at both of my knee and my back hurt a bit too ,it's scarying me. i did a little research and people keep saying that i need a 48H break to let the muscle reconstuct itself? but if i want to get rid of muscle shouldn't i keep working everyday?(i'm talking about leg muscle)

I actually feel strangely emotional watching this haha, I started working out with you guys over a year ago now and I actually have avoided the scales so I don't know how much weight I've lost but I feel so much more confident in my body, I think I've put on a good bit of muscle and I've gone down a dress size!! This was so motivational as are all of your videos, I'm just home from school and I'm gonna do a workout now & I feel excited for it 😀 I've got my whole family using HASfit, even my parents!! As well I sustained a severe spinal injury when I was younger leaving me with a lot of back, shoulder & core weakness, doing your strength videos has given me a noticeably better posture and so much more core/back strength!! I don't struggle half as much with back pain when standing for long periods of time etc 😀 Can't thank you enough for all that you've done for me, also you have a beautiful family :)) God bless you and thanks again from Ireland!!

Hey coach, it was for me at first because I only have a pair of 9kg dumbbells, and its not an universal weight for all kind of exercises, but now after 4 months I can follow you and Claudia. And the mentality changed, I am not thinking anymore I need to finish this, I am thinking there are these 3 sets of reps then these and done. I strictly go for 40 min+ videos right now, I am a skinny fat, I used to be able to touch the bone under the biceps but now its so much better, I would still look forward to double or triple the size of my arms and chest but I will do it only with natural food, no supplements, I guess it will take a few years but since I am 29 I am still in the late prime to do it.
