We are targeting the upper body in today’s Sculpted Arms workout! Focusing on building lean muscle, tone and definition in the arms by performing multiple sets of these bicep, tricep and shoulder exercises. Get ready to feel the burn!!
Breakdown: 10 reps x 4 straight sets
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Edit: I just finished Week 7 Day 1 I've been using the weights that's present here in our house which is a 2kg pair and 6-7 kg pair that I got from my grandpa. Didn't notice any changes in weight (just minimal like 1-2 kg) but my arms are getting toned a little bit (I Love it! Because I'm insecure about it) and I'm looking forward to finishing this 12 week challenge ❣️
Hi From New Zealand. It's great and I've been doing these since our first lockdown. But something is wrong with your clock on this one. Its like 3 seconds to every second the clock clicks down so 10 secs is actually 30. Never seen this on other videos.
