I am a 72-year-old woman who has been doing your HASfit workouts daily during the pandemic. I looked at numerous videos on YouTube, but found yours to be the most professional and motivating. I especially appreciate knowing which parts of the body each exercise targets. Thank you for allowing us to stay healthy and fit in the safety of our homes without going to the gym!
