I love these step workouts! You really do a good job with them. I have put this in my routine and tried today to up-level by adding a riser. Boy howdy! That did the job! I'm whooped but in a good way. Thanks again for this workout. 🙂

Nice workout even if I don't have a step, it's joint friendly, I sweat and feel good, thanks for sharing.

I love this workout too. Taped a couple of thick "coffee table" books together to make my step. Adding the step really adds
intensity (and variety) to the workout. Thanks for posting it, I'll be returning to this one again and again.

I don't have a step, so I ended up using my old wii fit board. It's not very tall, but I still worked up a sweat and had a lot of fun with this workout.

I've been waiting for this for years Jess….standard walking classes are fine but the step adds variety and relieves some of the repetitive movements which challenge my bad knees.

I love this workout and would like more. It is nice because you don't have to be exactly at her place to do it. Please make more soon! I love your step workouts.

Good workout but I had to do without a step, which I didnt think was as beneficial. I need to get a step before I come back to this one again.

Day 23 of my fitness journey – WHEW! Using a step with this was very beneficial as it really got my sweat on and my cardio going! I haven't done a step workout in years (probably 15 or so) and it was GREAT! WOW!

Day 1 of the Spring Challenge. I used a cinder block for my step and I’m surprised at how Jell-o-y my legs are feeling! Here’s to 6 weeks of fitness!

I missed the start of the Spring Ahead Challenge, so I'm starting with Day 1 today. I've been doing alot of strength circuits and interval cardio lately, so this was a good change/reminder to incorporate some endurance work into my schedule. I think this one came up a few months ago (maybe the December calendar?). It was affirming to see how far i've come already since then! As always, THANK YOU!!

Day 1 of Spring Ahead. I am starting later because I did a second round of the January Jumpstart and I wanted to finish that one before I began a new challenge. I really liked this routine. I can’t believe I have never done it before. I guess on the rotations I have always chosen to do Cardio Step Jam from WS3 which is also a brilliant routine too. This morning I had so much energy I did both. Thanks Jessica for these challenges and to the wonderful community for keeping me on track and motivated to continue on my journey.

I completed this workout today as Day 1 of round 2 of the Spring Ahead Challenge 2019. Because I'm fairly new to step workouts, I was happy that this workout was pretty basic. For the most part, I was able to follow without too much confusion :). I kept my printed out Spring Ahead calendar from the first cycle, with my marks on it indicating which workout I did on each day, so I'm looking forward to working through it again, but trying different options. One thing I will definitely have to do, though, is the metabolic conditioning workout with the step. I was sore for two days after doing that last time, so I have to do it again!

Love your workouts that include a step “part-time”. I get bored with step workouts but like using the step….your workouts keep things moving and use all your muscles. Thanks…more of these workouts please 👍😉😄
