Hey Lucy! Thank you for these amazing workouts! I just was wondering if changing the workouts I do daily is as effective as sticking with the same one for the 7 days? I like to switch them up, but i won't if they aren't as effective. Thx again for motivating me to move my body daily!! ❤️

I only did 5 mins as I did your new arm workout for 7 mins but did them with 1#'s so I was wiped out after several days of no youtube exercise, walking only throughout my day back and forth and prolonged standing. Thank you Lucy! ♥️🌸🦋🙏🏽🙋🏻♀️
