You can tell why Joe skips questions like those general muscle building ones in some of his Q&A’s, far too broad, literally go on any other of the 100’s of channels and fitness videos to find the same info or google it like he said but save the Q&A questions for stuff where we can actually get a different perspective from these guys or insights in to some different areas

With progressive overload does it matter if you mix the way you overload eg higher weights on workout less rest another more reps another etc or should you stick to one type of overload?
