Awesome–I love these! They will also be good in the evening or on weekends when I'm on the computer or reading for extended periods. Since I have a standing work desk, that's when I sit too much! Great reminder to move often; the minutes add up. Thanks!

I work from home and have noticed my joints clicking a lot lately. I haven't been running as much as I used to and wanted to find a good pre/post-work stretch video. This was perfect! I've bookmarked and am going to use it daily. 🙌🏼
