Just have to say that I've been doing this quick routine since being at the end of my first trimester. 1 time a week consistently, up till the end of my third, Today! Worked my way to ten pounds each arm except for Arnold Press. That's 5 but anyways, my arms look SOOO good. Adding this routine into your week is easy and you get results, even when pregnant. CRAZY but true. I was just trying to find safe 10 min workouts while pregnant and thought arms would be perfect, didn't expect the great results. Thank You!
