Hi Lucy, I started doing your workouts in December and I have continued daily. They have quite simply been life-saving and life-changing, just as Arlena Johnson says below. I have also shouted from the rooftops about you and so many friends and family are also following you, because besides the fact that your exercises are fantastic, exercising both sides of the body evenly, (which it's amazing how many people DON'T do this!) and that they're not too strenuous on the back – you're such lovely, cheerful company with your lyrical, positive and encouraging voice!🥰✨
I just love that they're so quick as well and I just always allow for 15-25mins before my shower and then my workout is done.
I've had my heart broken, but having your videos in my life has been empowering, helped me fall back in love with myself and strengthened my resolve to not let male entitlement and the patriarchy run me down!
