My first tabata workout ever, after a very short night (cause of my little daughter)…and i love it so much. It gives me so much energy and i just start laughing while doing the punch-kick-combination. Great one Amy and suiteable for tired moms 😉

Really enjoyed this workout. I modified the leg stuff due to a small quad strain but really got a great workout anyway. I really felt my abs with the elbow to knee! They were burning. Tabata is a favorite for me makes harder moves feel doable!

Workout complete. 💪Did may #3 the other day. I do a different one every other day. I always really enjoy the tabata workouts. Feeling poofed out but I completed it! Week 1 back into fitness is almost complete. Thanks Amy!

I did a lot of modifications–sometimes yours, sometimes my own–but I made it work. I had to take the up and down slow to prevent dizziness, occasionally pausing to not miss those seconds of effort.
