Deadbeat dads?, why don't we ever hear about deadbeat moms?. Because the government favors women. Why is a man consider a deadbeat if doesn't wanna take care of the kid he probably didn't wan't. Inb4 Women are allowed to have abortions even if the man want's the child and they are often called strong for making a decision but if a man chooses not to take care of a kid he didn't want he's called a deadbeat. Men should have "child support abortion rights"  mean if a man doesn't wan't the child he should have to pay for him/her, but no they're forced into slavery for 18 years or more and if doesn't pay he's thrown in jail, you never hear this shit happening to women. A lot of women get pregnant on PURPOSE to try to trap the man. When they can't raise the kid on their own and have it hard they just get on food stamps and welfare. #DoubleStandards

A good adaptation my brother showed me of this is a 2 round circuit
1st round – 10 push ups down to 1 push up. Sprint in between sets e.g. Do 10, then run. Do 9, then run.
2nd round – 20 squats down to 2
Instead of going down by 1 rep, you go down by 2 after a set and run in between e.g. 20 squats, run. 18 squats, run.
You can also include dips and pull ups for a 3rd and 4th circuit if you are feeling brave

I do free weight  and bodyweight workouts. This was pretty tough been slackin on the cardio . This should help build up my stamina thanks a lot ! Jack

Sprint 100/200 then do 15 push up and squats. Sprint," I SAID SPRINT!!" SPRINT!!. Has many you can do in 10 minutes.
Or 30 jump knee tucks,(feet barely on the ground) 15push up 15 sit ups 15 squats.
