I've never been so early to your upload before! 🙂 I love these TRY IT videos. Would you ever try accucuping or shiatsu/thai massage? 🙂

I love acupuncture! I did fertility acupuncture and got pregnant. Always looked forward to my sessions, it was so relaxing. After they put the needles in they would shut off the light and leave the room so I would have like a 30 minute nap or meditation. I would totally do it again! The machine the lady used was neat, I never saw that before. I would like to try that!

I recently started subscribing to your videos! I came to your channel because I LOVE your 5 minute standing stomach exercise video at popsugar with the barre inspired moves. That video has helped me jump back into exercising. Thank you!

yessssssss I’ve been wanting to try acupuncture for SO long! I’m currently trying to clear my skin and heard that it really helps with that – has anyone had any skin clearing acupuncture experiences? Would love to know 💛💛

How can you find an acupuncturist that does the bio scan?

I have had great success with acupuncture for my sciatic nerve pain. I go about once a week.

I had my first experience with acupuncture earlier this year. I attended a Yin yoga class that ended with acupuncture (so awesome!). I decided to rotate every other month: acupuncture one month and massage/cupping the next. I always get my legs/glutes done and it’s intense at times (big muscles!) but I feel so good after. My acupuncturist always ends my session with something else too. I’ve had cupping, gua sha and assisted stretching. The tongue thing is legit. They can tell so much from looking at it.

I’ve been doing acupuncture for over 12 years with the same dr. I used it for infertility, back pain, night sweats, allergies and I can go on. It works if you have a good Dr! I love it and will continue to go forever. I love natural medicines because they help your body to heal yourself. I also traditional Chinese medicine and homeopathy. 😁❤️

Oh I forgot to say, cupping! I love cupping! She usually does cupping after acupuncture for my back! What a miracle! Oh and moxibustion is amazing, they light these little things on the needles, it’s not scarey, really works.
