Every now and then a physical challenge comes along social media that is nothing more than a cute little circus act. This one though, has some merit. The Broomstick Challenge will demand hip mobility, flexibility and core strength in order to execute it. Give it a shot and let me know how you do. Can you get down to the floor and back up without using your hands?

Easy
easy 🙂 but was funny))
Will I break my back if I fail this?
challenge aside, this pose with the broom is great when you add in a slow gentle held rotation, really good for the back to reduce pain, specifically lower lumbar pain
I thought it's the usual Giveaway 🙂 It should be called Jeff's reflex, instead of Pavlov's reflex.
I was able to do it 😁
Are you bored jeff? Hahaha
That's a cool cleaner… I hope he cleaned the floor beforehand though
Love the flair #hugecrush
"The life of a black man"
Easy
Why would I do this?
I alammed my chin on the ground while going down…good thing it was carpet floor. And I was still able to do it 👍
Same thing when someone gets arrested and is told to lay on the floor
I was surprised by how easy it was after watching him do it… Maybe I have better hip mobility than I realized, cause I'm definitely not in great shape.
Is nobody going to talk about the infamous internal rotation of the shoulders here??
Black man challenge
Finally, us wrestlers can do something easy yall other atheletes struggle with!
Next video: " why the broomstick challenge is killing your gains "
What a good challenge and super difficult and it doesn't seem true Jeff
This guy needs his own action movie or something! The way he walks off at the end😂🔥🎥
Done! Getting knee closer to face is easier without pants.
The conflict between Russia and Ukraine, what do you know about it? https://youtu.be/CwaZuupdYMU
I see no point in doing this
🔥
I paused the video several times so the broomstick can have rest.
I have to tell you Jeff, I'm almost 64 and I started working out when I was 14. I'm a Vet, Navy Seabees
5yrs. At the age of 48 I had arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder, recovered fast. As I aged and with
the job I had my shoulder gradually became very painful and neck rotation limited. I recently watched your
stretch to relieve this, where as you lay on your side and arm out and at 90deg and hold that hand down. Within 2 weeks my whole shoulder girdle and neck pain is gone. I thank you for your excellent channel
If this gives YOU a hard time, then I don't think I should even try …
It took him that long?
Do THIS before every workout!
Hardest challenge ever.
