It’s time to wrap up week 2 team! We are going to power through another full body workout today filled with some killer total body exercises and cardio intensive moves. Adding in some weights will increase the resistance and the intensity and we are introducing the stability ball today to help activate the core and work on our stabilization! It’s going to be the perfect way to finish off the week. Let’s go!!
Breakdown: 2 full body circuits x 3 rounds 30 sec work + 10 sec rest
Equipment Needed: Stability ball (*Choose size based off your height), Dumbbells, exercises mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Workout complete this was hard I used heavy weights
Stability ball: I'm borderline between two sizes. From those who have one, which one would you go with? up or down in size?
I’m on round three of the program, week 26, and it’s wild how much easier these first two weeks are for me now. I remember having to sit on my bed between each exercise, and now I dance around waiting for the next one. I don’t move much at all outside of this ~30 mins a day, so I can vouch that it actually works- lower resting heart rate, able to lift and do more physically, etc. I’m not trying to lose weight and I eat quite a bit lol so I’m the exact same weight but definitely see more muscle definition

At one point, I had to just stop the workout so that I could stretch all of the muscles out around my waist. Killer workout! But also quite fun.

My transitions on & off the ball are so much smoother now 🙌🏻 I'm no longer spending most of my time chasing it or rolling on the floor 🤣
Week 2 down!! I also don't have/forgot to guy a stability ball, but was able to use house hold objects to safely complete this workout! I can't wait to see what's in store for next week!

Just finished day 5 ! I struggled with the exercises which were meant to be done using è the stability ball. I did a couple on the edge of my bed and then I rocked a chair and that was fun 🙂
