Day 14 … done! Thanks SO much for the explanation of how to do a proper plank. I've watched several videos and been doing planks for the past couple of months, but this is the first time my back was NOT in horrible pain when done. I felt it in the abs and a bit in my upper arms, and now feel I can go for longer reps. Thanks Jessica! 🙂

I started the challenge a little late, but I am checking off Day 15! In only 15 days, I can already see a significant difference. And not just for my abs (though they are certainly getting a lot of work), but as a whole body remake! I feel healthy and fit! And the workouts are fun and different. Thank you, Jessica! I just finished another workout session, loved it as always. I just wanted to ask a question, what would your advise be when you get a stitch in your side when working out? I get so many different opinions on this, some say work through the pain, others say stretch it out and eat more bananas or salty things etc. I don't get them often but when I do its hard to keep going, should I stop or keep going?? What am I doing wrong?

Ahhh loved the Peanut outtakes! That is just like my pomeranian Pixie. The minute I am on the floor she attacks. She has to stay out for most workouts or nothing gets accomplished.
OMG!!!!!!!!!! I have MISSED YOU!!!!!!!!!!! been without internet for 2 months and had to try and remember ALL the work out I did with you………….Didn't do such a good job, am going to order some videos just in case this would happen again:) Did kettle ball and this cardio mesh up back to back LOVED them both

I have to hide in the back room when I exercise! My dog, Huxley, licks my face and plops down on my yoga mat right in the way. He's a collie, so he takes up a 3rd of the mat when feels like coming over to say hey!
Six months ago, this was my very first Jessica workout – I loved the way you broke down the steps to a plank position… I really felt my abs for the first time in about 15 years. Six months later, I am 20 pounds lighter and SO much stronger. Thank you Jessica for all you do – you are amazing!!
