What's the sets and reps for walking lunges?
Q: I hurt my lower back. I can do lighter squats or front squats, but the heavy squats and leg presses hurt my back (and too deep of SLDL). Any suggestions? I have no problem doing 4×20 Bulgarian SS but I always feel like my heart is going to explode and have to rest 2-3 minutes so I don't die (and I've been lifting for 8 years)! Would lower rep BSS be a good substitute for squats? And then some sort of donkey kick for SLDL?
