It’s time for a No Repeat HIIT workout you guys!! That’s right we are only doing each exercise one time so make the very most of each move. This full body HIIT will get you sweating and that ab workout at the end will set that core on fire! oww oww!
Breakdown: HIIT circuit X1 round 40s work + 20s rest.
Ab circuit x1 rounds 20s work + 10s rest
Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

After today's workout…I feel good. I am a little sore from yesterday but powered through. I love this 12 week workout program. It's so good. I have also tried the body boss and I feel that this is better and have more time on my hands for my day vs. That programs. So thank you Heather! 😊💪

Week 2 day 2 complete! My stomach is super duper out of shape! Like what the hell!! My back keeps arching when I’m doing the abs moves. So I’ll have to do more workouts to strengthen my stomach. 🙂

I’ve worked out most of my life (for over 30 years). Most of the time I hit the gym 3 times a week for a cardio or a weight workout. I’ve also done hiit, swimming, aqua gym, aqua bike, yoga, Pilates etc.. None of these workouts compare to Heather’s. The types of exercises and the combination Heather creates are perfect for my body. I’m on week 2 – day 3 and I’ve already noticed tremendous improvement. I have more definition on both my upper and lower body. My waist is getting smaller and my abs are slowly but surely popping out. Before starting this programme, I did the 7-day programme and at the end of the week I could already see remarkable improvements. I would never have expected my body to change so much in such a short time! It never happened before, and I was a lot younger!! 😂😂 Seeing such unexpected changes makes me want to exercise every day, even if sometimes I feel sluggish. I’m looking forward to finishing this programme and seeing what other changes my body will have made. Thank you a million times!

FINISHED DAY 9 OF THE WHOLE ROUTINE 🥳 FEELING GREAT! I can tell the difference in my endurance and strength. I didn't take the 2 days off…instead I did a mobility & stretch routine on Saturday…and then Dynamic Isometric 1 hour workout on Sunday…💪 listen to your body…if you don't need the rest…do a light day like stretching or active recovery…isometrics are a great way to switch it up for a light day as well 💗 soooooo glad today didn't have repeats!! Thanks Heather for the help to get back into my fitness routine! 🫂

Thank you for these workouts! I’ve been using Beachbody for 4 years and can’t afford to redo my $100 membership. I’m recently getting over Covid also and hadn’t been myself in weeks. I didn’t exercise for about 2-3 weeks. I missed it, it’s helps me not only physically but mentally. So I searched full length programs on google and clicked on a couple and then I saw your programs, a free 12 week program! I have to have a plan! Lol. Im on Wk 2 and im loving it! Thank you!
