Thank you Amy! I had my fifth child seven months ago and recovery has been harder than with the others but I’m slowly starting to feel like myself again. Your workouts are so enjoyable because i feel like it’s ok to be where I am on a given day and you offer great modifications for postpartum/DR mamas. Thanks for being real and making workouts that are doable for everyone – no matter where someone may be in their fitness journey. I wish you and your sweet family a merry Christmas!
I loved this and thank you for all your 30 min bodyweight hiit videos! 20-30 mins is the perfect home (in lockdown) workout with 2 babies! Extra resistance in all plank exercises from a toddler on my back just helps that burn lol.

Excellent workout. Feel great. Thanks again Amy. My hip flexors are feelings this one so I guess I should have modified some. Have a great day! Yesterday was my birthday and I did my exercise before so that I could eat. Had salmon. So nice to be able to celebrate this year. Last year's birthday was in lock down and so boring.
