Through in some weights for extra resistance! This full body workout incorporates dumbbells to help build nice lean muscle. We are completing 3 sets of each exercise – now before you complain about multiple sets I promise you there is a reason we need to do this and I’m not purposely trying to bore you! lol These 3 sets will allow the muscles to become fatigued and help the body to build strength and muscular endurance faster than with just a single set. Throughout today’s full body workout we will also be adding in some cardio intensive moves so we will be building muscle and burning fat at the same time. Win win!
Breakdown: 2 circuits x3 rounds each 30s work + 10s rest
Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, exercise mat or other soft surface
*Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

well guess what ! this is my second round of this program – I skipped the first week tho. I realize I like the structure. This time around it is easier and thus – more enjoyable. I think I am a 'Heather' addict
Ok so I thought I was okay for the first 20 mins and then it hit me!!! Whewww!!! I had to drop my weights boy!! Happy I finished, I still feel so much better than last week!!
Just started round 2 💪🏼💪🏼 did some weightlifting after round 1 and then had a little break.. I’m back now but it definitely didn’t get easier 😅 dripping in sweat! But determined to make it through another round of this amazing 12week program! Thanks Heather! 💜

Day 1 of week two completed! So excited to get in more upper body today, especially since I did not take the two days off…I finished week 1 and went right into week 2. 😊
This workout was difficult. Even though my maximum heartrate recorded was just 150 bpm, I was out of breath and I had to take a break of approximately 2 minutes just before the third set of the second round of workout. I had switched on the ceiling fan in the month of January and I was still sweating a lot. Thanks a lot heather although I was in no condition of doing the cooldown post the workout so had to skip cooldown this time.
Love these exercises my only problem is that I can't do.the planks and floor exercises because I'm 2 months PP with a C section. However I try to do standing abs or fill in with other of her exercises. I love the challenge
I made it to the first Rest without having to pause the video and catch my breath!!!
