Today I’m running you through some low impact modifications of some of my favorite exercises! I love jumping, explosive, plyometric type movements but these moves won’t necessarily be right for you! There are many reasons why you may prefer to do low impact exercises – you may be new to working out, dealing with an injury, have sensitive knees or you want an apartment friendly workout to keep your neighbors happy! Whatever your reason may be the most important thing is to know your limitations, listen to your body and do what feels right for you! If you have injuries it is crucial that you speak in person with a professional so that they can properly assess your needs and offer recommendations on exercise. I hope you find these modifications helpful in turning any workout into a low impact workout 🙂

If your problem is knee pain, please go check out kneesovertoesguy on youtube. His stuff has helped me and a number of my friends to reverse our knee pain. I was modifying multiple things and no longer need to. He sells a program, but I haven’t used it. I just gathered information from various videos on his channel and it has made a world of difference. The channel is not organized well, but it’s all there. No harm in checking it out!
