This is my third time doing the 12 week program. The first two times I only made it to week 10, but this time I am going to see it through to the end! I have been in hibernation mode since Halloween, just staying inside, laying around, not exercising, eating a lot of junk and gaining weight 🙁 But I keep looking at the before and after pictures I took the first time I did this program, and how fantastic I looked and felt after 10 weeks is my motivation to do it again!

This workout was indeed the most difficult one till now. My maximum heartbeat recorded during this session was 195 bpm. Heather, you are amazing. Your workouts are way more effective than any gym workout I have ever done. It feels really good after the workout.
I can only do 4 workouts a week, because I also do judo and play badminton, but I feel awesome that I just finished the first week. Cant wait to start the week 2 tomorrow!
