I knew which foods I need to eat to lose weight, but I didn't know how much. Diet plan I got from Agoge Diet contains portion sizes for every meal. Fantastic!
I guess walking up and downstairs is out for me after this workout. 😅😣

I felt strong and energized after this workout. 💪Perfect amount of time and variety of exercises to work the whole body and keep it interesting. A few hours later my legs still feel a little jelly-like going up and down stairs. I'm sure I'll feel this tomorrow!

I can’t thank you enough, Amy! Your workouts are challenging but gentle on my postpartum body. After baby number 5, body pump is sometimes a little too harsh for my body, so I like finding workouts that are super effective but keep me from over exerting myself. I’m so grateful for your content. Keep up the great work!
