Let’s HIIT it team! Get ready to sweat (again!) with today’s Full Body HIIT and Abs Workout. Two HIIT circuits to get through, 2 rounds of each! Then we will target that core with a speedy, but killer ab workout. No weights needed for this one – we’re just using our own bodyweight for resistance. Remember to modify or rest as needed, listen to your body and do your best!!
Breakdown: HIIT circuit x2 rounds. 40s work + 20s rest

day 4 i did it!
Jumping in 1 year after but…THANK YOU!
I just came across heather's workouts and they r just so great. I started the 12 week program. Day 4 tomorrow. Hope I can make it. I delivered a baby year ago. I was 80kgs then. Now I am 65kgs but the mummy tummy is not getting off. I still look pregnant. Hope this 12 weeks workout session wil help me loose that mommy tummy 🙂

Day 4 done! Thank you Lord!! I almost didn't do it cause it got late, then I almost quit after the first round. So glad I finished all the way through! Can't wait for tomorrow.

Day 4 was rough. My body is a little sore from days 1-3. But…I pushed through. Keepin strong over here and pushin even though its not easy but I want to do this. 💪

Day 4 today's workouts were doable not as extreme like the previous day's taking a break halfway through i am rewarding myself to Kadhi Chawal an indian vegetarian curry with rice yayy

So today my lower body was pretty sore from the first three days. I would suggest letting the lower body have more of a rest on the 4th day. But that being said made it through at 5 am this morning. 4th day complete 🙂
Thank god this workout was easier than the previous 3 day workouts. I was able to complete this workout without taking any additional break plus the maximum heart rate during this session was only 176 bpm. Thank you heather for making this day easy for me. I needed this. I feel really really happy after doing this fun workout.

I dont know if I’m doing the abs ones right, but my stomach feels like its on fire during those exercises, so something is happening XD. I personally do the exercises slower, so I can do them right and not rush. Maybe the result is not 100% the same, but I feel the improvement 👏🏻👍🏻

I had to modify a bit today, my old knees playing up, but kept moving and did extra of the ones that didn't hurt!! Such a good workout plan, thanks again for the work you have put in designing this and for keeping it free. I have to get up 5.20 am to fit this into my day but I am so motivated, it is working for me x
I found these during COVID and I'm BACK!! I love this 12 week workout. I love 20 min workouts but these go so fast and I love full body in one day. Thank you for this your are a blessing to provide free workouts.
