4:11 for the actual cooking to begin.

So we are going to try something DIFFERENT here. The legendary Dr. Eric Helms came to Toronto to work on a nutrition program for Kizen. I've had in my head the idea of filming a loose informal bro cooking show for awhile (OG subscribers know I used to be called Chef Buff). In this pilot episode, Eric takes you through a typical cutting meal for someone trying to lose weight.

If you enjoy this longer, casual style, make sure to throw this video a like and comment below what you want to see next!

As long as I keep my nutrients in check does it matter when do I eat during the day? I mean, if I eat curbs in the morning or the evening etc..

Lean is all about the food, so more meals, bigger at morning, smaller at night. Avoid starches except right before the gym, and only have about 1/3 cup even then.

Greek yogurt smoothies with various flavours and fruits are my go to meals for cutting. You know what? Just get a tub of Greek yogurt, 180gram of protein in one tub. Eat that within 6pm at night. Then simply eat carbs and veggies at night for a good sound sleep.

Greek yogurt should be the main food for any cutting diet.

Greek yogurt guys….. GREEK YOGURT.

70 percent of its calories coming from protein, it's higher quality protein than fish/meet, it's right up there with eggs and soy.

Just open the fucking tub and chug that shit, it's fucking delicious, one in the morning, one in the evening.

180 grams of protein right there… For 1028kcals, and you are done.

Rest should be veggies and coconut oil.

Don't salt the broccoli first. You want the water to maintain a lower boiling point.
