Today I'll be entering the 3rd phase of the program and I'm very excited for what's in store… Just wanted to congratulate you on the quality and consistency of your work. You are one of the few that thoroughly and properly exercises the upper body parts (shoulders, arms, core), for which I am really grateful given that it is precisely in this area that I lack strength and definition. Hi, heather i jus finished your 12week progrm. Today only. Nd i wanted to share it with you tht its been amazing i dun hv words to tell that how greatful i m…my body my mind my habits everything has been transformed i can't tell u the stamina strength that i hv built throughout this progrm ..its been amazing wonderful when i hv started my body didnt hv strength but i keep doing it n never quit.
People feel surprised when they see my body n few of thm hv started following you..i reccomnd this to everyone out there pls try it out its a nic journy u gonna learn lot of things.. n the body that u gonna hv by the end of 12th week its gonnaa b amazin guys you gonna shine. I m so thankful to you heather thanks a lot you are great. Thanks for providing this 12 week guide.

I am excited to start doing your Free 12 Week Workout Plan, I am 55 years old and even so, I think your plan really makes me feel that I want to be part of this experience. I have worked out my whole life in different sports but with the pandemia COVID-19 I just go to work and come back home – forth and back everyday without being able to go to my Gym because I am afraid to get sick. So I saw your plan and I love it. Thanks a lot. I will start effective today which means that beginning of October, the whole plan will be done. I am really excited as you can even image, by the way I am from Mexico. THANKS A LOT.

What is the Gospel?

Started this program last summer (2020) around July. Only made it up to week 8 and then school had me stressed, and work so I stopped the program. It is November 30, 2021 and I am restarting it from the beginning. I love this 12 week challenge. I know it works and I saw so much improvement last year so I'm going to do it again because I don't have to think about what to do. Thank you Heather for this amazing program! And thank you for keeping it simple. Just exercise and music. Your music is always fire. It flows with the rhythm of my heart so it's not out of sync. lol. I like that! Can you tell me exactly what equipment I need to have by the end of this? So far I've done only body weight stuff and am loving it, but I want to ge prepared for any workout.
