this was great
This one almost did me in, but I previewed, and was ready with my "beginner" triceps dips (from one of the first workouts I ever did of yours), since my wrists & elbows aren't up to bearing my full bodyweight. I'm pleased I could do modified sky jump/Superman–touching down in between; it challenged my back, but the touch down made it possible. Even the modified bonus move had my heart racing, but I paced myself and got through it all, so I feel successful! Thank you for your encouragement that we all "be where we are today." I love that mantra!
