Right everyone, started using MyFitnessPal today and a little confused about macros vs overall calories. Am finding it really hard to eat enough calories and still stay within certain macro limits…today for instance I have no fats left but am still 300 cals under what I should have in order to lose 2lb per week…I guess what I’m asking is…will I still reach my goals if I go over on my macros but still hit right amount of calories? (Be kind, I’m new at this).
I’m a girl bulking.. I love cardio but didn’t used to… should I stop cardio? How much do you train? 6 days? 1hr? Thanks!!!

Matt I'm 16 years old and I've been training for over a year now. I'm 5'11 and weigh just over 12 stone with 15-15.5 inch biceps. I'm wanting to bulk a bit more so I started eating around 3200 calories a day. I also want to prevent fat from gaining so I've been doing heavy bag training once or twice per week and a 20 minute jog once or twice a week. Would you say I'm doing this right? cheers

How do you keep motivated man. Ive been so disinterested of late and have had about 3 weeks of. Now that im looking like a blob i need to get my motivation back
I think my body rejects the bulkimg process. After a few day i get a upset stomach and end up not eating much for a couple of days. So i stuff my face for a few days and waste it because of my not being able to continue. I know your gonna say go up in calories slowly but i get to a point in cant get past. Advice please.
