Today I’m combining a series of kettlebell exercises into one sweaty total body workout. This Full body Kettlebell Workout requires one kettlebell (or a dumbbell will do the trick!) so go grab yours and follow along!

Workout Breakdown: 7 kettlebell exercises 40s work + 10s rest x3 rounds
Equipment Needed: 1 kettlebell or dumbbell + exercise mat or other soft surface. (I’m using a 15lb kettlebell)

I feel like a champion! the counts are just right-right before I can't anymore. other video counts are so long, I stop right before completion. Makes me feel like I can't keep up. Now this video is challenging and made me feel strong. Dripping in sweat here! like and subscribing oxoxox

Not a fan of the music at all. It feels like some creepy break up and begging session. 😬

The movements though are awesome.

I wish she talked during the warm up and cool down.

I also wish the cool down had the legs involved. That was a whole lot of leg movement and working out to not stretch out the legs at the end.

The tempo seemed off to me on this routine. The 10s rest between the different exercises was too short; not even long enough sometimes to change positions. That said, I did enjoy the exercises.
