Omg I’ve been working out 5-7 days a week for 5 months now and I’ve been building my stamina/endurance pretty well. I can do most work outs without stopping but this one had me dying. I add weights to every workout but I had to throw the weights out with this one lol. Felt like I was going to puke

When your body still aches a day after a workout and then this… Wow! I thought this was gonna be easier. I was wrong. Serious leg muscle burn. I think the exercise sequence makes it more difficult. I’ll be back…. with a vengeance 😂

I did it in low impact modifications with no jumping (according to Heather´s video "how to") and it still was so challenging! I had take a break after the second round to be able to finish the last one. Great workout! Thank you!

This one isn't too hard I would use it as warm up or finisher. My HR didn't go up too high active cal 150.
