O omar and his chest growth workouts. Omar says basically anything grows his chest. Thats how i feel. Silly to give advice on chest growth when hes never struggled idk my opinion.
Thanks Omar. I use resistance bands for the Flyes. Constant time under tension. I already do all of these except the low incline bench. The floor bench I do for safety. Thanks again

Reverse grip incline bench press is a great exercise. I like to pre fatigue the upper chest with this. Then I move to a more isolated exercise.

Yeah im one of those guys that struggles with getting their chest to grow with bench press alone. I've been doing all of these that you suggested other than the reverse grip push up. And my chest has been responding much better. So I think you're right on track.

Inclince pushups (feet up) with a quite narrow hand placement feels reeel gud in the upper chest

How to get a big chest.
Go to reddit.com/r/nsuns
Start nsuns 5/3/1 with a wider grip and bench like a powerlifter.
Don't take Chest advise from people with great chest insertions.
Instead take your third world Bench to 3 plates for reps.
Can I do dumbbell floor press? I lift at home no barbell yet but I got plenty of dumbbells
I tried the floor press did 6 sets of 8 not sore at all i paused at the bottom for like 1 to 2 seconds do i need to make those 6 sets harder or dont pause so i can get more reps or do i need to do more volume please and thank u omarisuf
O and 1 more question sorry im using this as a main movement on one of my chest days is that ok or should it not be a main movement
