In this standing side booty workout we are using a mini band to target the outer glutes, often referred to as the “hip dips” These band exercises will isolate the glutes and you should feel the burn on both sides of the booty! Use this session as a glute activation warm up before your leg workout, as a workout finisher or as a quick burn on it’s own!

Which mini bands do you use? I ordered a set of what was described as mini bands online, but when they arrived they were regular resistance bands.

So great to train booty off the floor,my wrists kill sometimes and I have a difficult time with form if I stay on forearms instead. Getting off the floor for so many booty exercises is amazing! Thank you Heather!🥰

Is this workout useful even without using a band?
I have bands, but not this type (closed) so I can't use it.
But I like it's standing
I just completed this workout and boy did I feel it , I did one on the YT channel " the full energy channel" their workouts really work as well

Has anyone tried to put the bands lower than what Heather suggests in this video? I have noticed that sometimes I feel more the burn if I place them on my ankles or under the knee.. i wonder if the reason is that I am not doing the exercises correct…..Maybe Heather can shed some light on this? 🙂 Cheers!

Congratulations on such a professional series of routines.I approve of the stark backdrop,the absence of senseless chatter and the appropriate music.Most of all i appreciate the endless variety of exercises you perform.I have osteopenia so trying build up bone and muscle.But also have osteoarthritis so not always easy to balance both problems!But can manage most of your routines and adapt when necessary.Thanks !
