No squats in today’s workout! While I am a big fan of this lower body exercise it’s not always necessary and you can still target the glutes, hamstrings and quads without doing any squats. Today’s leg workout will have you feeling the burn in all the right places – squat free!

No warm Up and no warning that there isn’t a warm up. In a hurry and thought I got a quick workout but it’s not quick when I have to search for separate warm up/cool down videos
This was a nice workout! I am avoiding squats AND high impact until my knee heals, so I had to modify the last move in each circuit, but that's doable. Thank you for sharing this!

Thank You!!! For some reason, I can't squat. I'll be on my toes and try to focus the weight so I can lay my feet flat and end up falling. This is a good replacement for now. 😄

Yayyyy… perfect for the start of a new week and still 🥵✌️I am standing at 190 completed workouts with you and 12 faithful months. I could have been 12 months overweight, sedentary, feeling miserable but instead I am leaner, more fit and full of energy and I am not slowing down (no point, winter is ahead so probably back to 5 workouts per week)

Picked another workout this morning, saw it had squats and was like uh un not today. Found your wonderful workout with no squats. Yeay!! Maybe 5 more seconds between to get to the next exercise, otherwise it’s perfect.
