I’ve had 5 kids and although this my stomache is well, flabby lol. Is it possible to look like this with diet and exercise without lipo and a tummy tuck? I see a lot of before and afters but did they have kids? I want to set realistic goals. Thanks for any feedback!

I agree. She is doing a great workout, but I go to Tone it up for K and K. I just use the old videos. I tend to like them better anyway.

Chyna is hands down the best TIU trainer. I always do her workouts. The other Kat and Karena girls are cool but I never sweat and I never wake up sore and toned. I mean look at Chyna’s body it says it all in her body. She’s no bs and always gives u a good workout. And all her workouts involve working out the booty 😭🙏🏻
